Empowering Young Athletes Through Faith and Soccer.
Aseda (“Ah-se-dah”) Soccer Academy builds upon the firm foundation of the 45-year ministry of Jerry and Bonnie Wallace, established through Wallace Ministries in 1979. Although Jerry passed away in 2020, his legacy continues. As co-directors, Bonnie Wallace and Danfi Parker extend this mission, nurturing young minds and spirits. Dedicated to developing resilient athletes, Aseda not only focuses on sports excellence but also instills Christian values of love, respect, and faith. We are committed to ensuring that each athlete grows into a well-rounded individual, thriving both on the field and in life. For those interested in the founders’ story, Bonnie has authored 2 Artists and Their Story, available on Amazon.
Our unique approach blends high-quality soccer training with Christian mentorship, focusing not just on athletic skills but also on building character. Our singular vision is to make elite soccer training accessible to all, including low-income families and those looking for more than just gameplay.
Your contributions not only support our day-to-day operations but also ensure we can expand our outreach to more families and communities.
Aseda Champions benefit from year-round league play, weekly training, and data-driven performance analysis to continuously enhance their skills.
We’re dedicated to nurturing talent on the field and fostering strong values off it. By donating, you help us support underprivileged athletes and expand our reach to more communities. Every contribution you make enables us to cover essential costs and enhance our programs, and we’ll provide a tax receipt for each donation as our thanks. Coaching Philosophy
Stern and kind. I believe in 3D coaching, which means impacting players at 3 crucial levels—physical, emotional and spiritual.
We welcome players aged 7–18, no matter their experience level. Whether your child’s just starting or already plays, they’ll grow their skills and confidence in a supportive, faith-based environment.
We’re an elite, faith-based soccer academy that combines top-tier training with Christian mentorship. Our mission is to build a close-knit community and make high-level soccer accessible — especially for underprivileged and faith-seeking families.
At the moment, we train twice a week; Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 pm -7:30 pm. We’re planning to expand our schedule in the near future with an extra training day and Saturday game play.
We require licensed coaches and encourage all our staff to have a minimum C-License.
We’re a nonprofit organization made possible by generous donors, and we never want finances to stand in the way of a child’s opportunity. Once a player joins the academy, we’ll clearly communicate any expectations and requirements.
We build players from the ground up, focusing on the 4 C’s: confidence, comfort, creativity, and competence. By mastering the fundamentals first, we prepare athletes to take on greater challenges. Our Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) model is designed to help players reach their full potential — whether that’s college, academy, or even professional opportunities.
